Update Records with Forms Documentation
Update Records with Forms lets HighLevel workflows generate secure, pre-filled forms that customers, staff or external users can use to update CRM records without requiring access to HighLevel.
How it works
A HighLevel workflow runs the Update Records with Forms action, which creates a unique Form URL linked to a specific CRM record. If no Record ID is supplied, the action instead creates a form that can create a new record on its first successful submission.
